What payment methods do you accept?
Payments may be made through PayPal or by personal check. Your item will be shipped once the transaction has gone through.

What method do you use for shipping?
I ship using insured USPS mail, usually Priority Mail which takes 3 business days on average.

What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 15 days of the original shipping date, provided the item(s) arrive undamaged and unaltered. We understand that current technology makes it impossible to guarantee that your computer screen will accurately display the colors. It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please email us to alert us to your return and your reason for doing so. I will send you the address to return ship your item.

Do you have a catalog?
No, I'm sorry I don’t. All items are one of a kind. As such it is impossible to guarantee availability of each item in a catalog and we’d have to continually produce new catalogs to keep up to date. If you need more information about an item please email us with your question.

I would like an item that you sold-can you make a copy of it?
I don’t make exact copies because it is my passion to make unique art-guaranteeing the wearer that they truly have a one-of-a-kind piece. Occasionally it is possible to make a similar item. If you can tell us which item it was I can check the inventory.

Do you do custom orders or commissions?
Yes. I have done so for several people. Please email us a description of what you are interested in and we will give you a quote and work with you to create your special piece.

I’m getting married. Can you make me jewelry to match my dress?
Yes. I do designs for brides and bridesmaid’s gifts. One bride requested to have jewelry made that incorporated beads from an old necklace of her grandmother’s. Please email me with your ideas and I’ll give you a quote.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. Email me the amount you would like to gift and we can make billing arrangements through PayPal or by check. I will mail a gift certificate to you or to the recipient as you choose.

Do you do wholesale?
Yes. Please email me about your gallery or gift store and what items and quantities you are interested in.

Can I see your work anywhere else?
Yes. I also sell my jewelry at The Mike Carroll Gallery located on Lanai in Hawaii.

Do you do trunk shows?
Yes. I’ve done trunks shows in galleries, shops and can also do home party trunk shows.
